You might have many resolutions for 2019… BUT the more you have… the less chance of success. You will be much better off sticking to one or two and then focusing your energy on these few.

Writing down your resolutions will not only help you to remember them. If you keep it posted in a visible place, it will serve as a frequent reminder of your commitments.

Working with a buddy will increase your chances of success. It will also create someone who you will be accountable to beyond yourself.

Breaking down your resolutions into small steps will create a roadmap to success.

It is so important to reward yourself. Creating rewards for achieving your subgoals helps you feel success along the way.

Set aside planned time throughout the year. This will give you an opportunity to revisit your resolutions and revise if needed.

Don’t be afraid to start over, the second time you are more likely to succeed!
