Focus, clarity and persistence are the key if we want to reach our goals. We need to carefully measure our progress and reward ourselves as we move closer towards our targets.

This is so important for our fitness. It all starts with making our goals and then taking that first step towards our target.

It is important to know that we may falter along the way. That is okay. I don't think there is anyone who did not trip and fall along the way to their target. What is important is to get back up and keep going. Keep looking ahead and not behind.
